A good company..but few people spoil the whole company's reputation with their arrogant nature and unprofessional behaviour towards their subordinates

...3 attempts. But the quality of work is not that high as they show in interviews. Bonus, incentive etc are very good

...g hours so far your work is not hampered. Cons : parking is extremely expensive. INR 2500 for a month even Agm cadre has to pay for it. There is a lot of politics in office. The worst part is about the HR. HR does not care much about employees and there wellness.

I love that fact I was a part of team.

Compensation is decent, but growth was slow. The work pressure was very high. Sometimes, I have to work 15-16 hours straight in a day as I have to attend client calls in the evening and sometimes late in to the night.
