Just had to share this, I got a 100% hike!
I'm keeping this anonymous because I don’t want to disclose it in real life. After two years without a raise, I successfully negotiated a 100% increase at my current company. I focused on creating significant value and worked in cross-functional teams to learn as much as possible. There were times when I was overworked, but it was all worthwhile. I was confident that it was a mutually beneficial situation. My advice would be to choose your job wisely, create value in the right place, and don't be afraid to negotiate.

Good work environment and culture. During lock down company paid all employee salary on time without any deduction ,even though salary paid those employees who is on leave due to Corona cases found in their society and they r not allowed to go on work.

The company is a group of TI automotive well known group all over the world in advanced development in automotive field components like fuel carrying, fuel storage, Power train components. In Bundy India is having good scope to learn and safety of job but as a growing of employees, no satisfactory for salary, providing training as well as traveling overseas or customer ends for project.

Company give us 50 % salary in lockdown for 2 month.

Dislikes

In Bundy India skill India's Trainee employees values are zero. Company also cut national holidays days salary. Company nit gives us any safety equipment like safety shoes.
