...tor of company not even know the Sop of BGv and running this business like shop.Threating, shouting , salary deduction, no leaves feel you burn out. They wanted to work for 12 hrs without extra pay and salary deduction is more. You can join this company to get bad experience.Even the client of this company not satisfied with their services but due to less price of checks they are assuming their services.

Dislikes

The Senior manager and Director of this company is the worst face of this company.They supporting each other by exploiting other employees.The worst thing is that they are giving negative feedback of their employees once they left the job while working for 3-5 years or months.They never support employees on medical emergency and family emergencies and deducted the salary even someone expire in your family.The courtesy level is zero.No HR department no rules and regulation only treating the employees over the WhatsApp group.

They are very mechanical in nature , like if sometime any cooperation is required theu wont do . Other thing is they use to relate everything with the politics and gosspis even if you are genuine at some point .

Dislikes

People know their limits how to talk to others like boundries are defined for all in terms of behavior towards others.
