No Salary Discussion in My Appraisal — What’s Your Experience?
In my appraisal meeting, they didn’t ask or discuss my expectations about my salary or hike percentage. The entire discussion was only about feedback and performance review. After the meeting, I asked why they didn’t allow me to share my expectations or reveal my hike numbers. They told me that the hike numbers would be decided only by the owner and then they would inform me. I feel an appraisal meeting should include open discussion about both performance and future expectations. What are your thoughts? Does this happen in your company too?

I have never come across such an irresponsible staff, who doesn't respond at all, every month I have to make 20-30 calls to get my salary. which made me resign from the company, after resignation they did not pay a month's salary They dont respond at all to mails/calls. Wonder!

I have worked in 4-5 companies but this is world's wrost company. They don't pay you on time and sometimes and don't share payslip with you. I have worked more then 7 months in this company and i left this organization 5 months ago but they not cleared my FNF still calling to the HR for my fnf but they don't reply my calls, messages and emails. They always treating like beggars They never reply calls and emails. I will contact labor law of India.

No security of job. No career growth. No replies to mails and calls. Never release FNF amount or pending salary. Fake commitments to avoid communication. No management at all.
