Work is very risky and danger becoz company doesnt provide any security for employee like gloves, ppe kit, sinitizer not at all and also containment zone branches open as per head office instruction it is very high risk for employees company policies are not good for employee they doesnt thinking about employee they not give salary other than banks its very poor.. in dis year they are not given increments to employee society all no.emp is 4000 but totally salary average 15000 per month but they given 8.33 bonus every year... enviornment is very pressured for employees

No salary increments No future No No No nothing director body doesnt thinking about employee they wants only given service to customers

It was great experience to travel the all big city's. Meet different people's. It is good for career growth.

somuch politics in staff. Some people are so jealous on other employee. I don't like politics.

Buldana urban is multinational society in India.buldana urban has worked in 8 state of india.they are services provided to customers gold loan, home loan, money transfer, fixed deposit, godawoon( for farmers ), vehicle loan, godawoon loan. I have worked in gold loan, fixed deposit, saving account, current account ,mis report, etc
