Do better negotiation at the time of joining else after that don't expect appraisal which makes your life sustainable with current expenses. Appraisals are delayed by 5 months every year. Don't apply your mind rather do what has been asked. Don't raise your voice else be ready to be thrown out . Lot of song and dance in front of manager join if you are good politician

High level of responsibility & accountabilities. Not much handholding

Poor management. No goal. Tyrant like mindset. No data driven decision making. No strategy. The CEO & the top level squad extremely toxic & lack a backbone. Basically, if you can say yes to the bizarest requests from the CEO at any point of the time in the day, this is the place for you

I would say not join this internal people not handle client and projects properly and they create pressured and no job security. Very very bad company not join warning ⚠️ they suddenly lay off allmost 64 employees.

Top to bottom people are like politicians. Fake urgencies, no clear roadmap, just execute day and night without any direction. One will always be unclear about their evaluation.

This company has gone from a startup to MNC so the Management does not have the experience to handle the size of its organization, so although the company looks too good (thanks to marketing) but internal Management and process is worst. And to prove my point this company does not have a great place to work certification.
