This is not an organisation it is a school where RP Singh is the owner of this school and hr is principal and manager is your (maths) teacher who will never let you improve or get a good promotion.

We at BugRaptors work as a family. As they say time flies when you are having fun, it's been 1 month working with the company and the atmosphere here makes our days go by so quickly. If it is something that makes BugRaptors a unique organization, it is the entire focus of management as well as team to create customer delight. Above all, the top-level executives always ensure they are connected with the team and exceed our goals.

From work satisfaction to culture and appreciation, BugRaptors is the best organization to work with. The Management is extremely friendly and believes in giving liberty of thought and action to the employees.

There is nothing to dislike as of now. The organization in its short span of five years has done tremendous job cultivating clients relationships and employee engagement both. As an addition, I believe on-job training for employees who are willing to learn and explore new techniques and practices can add more value to the organization.

Bugraptors truly is a platform where one can polish not only his/her professional skills but also personality as whole. While working here, I haven’t felt unheard ever. My opinions and initiatives are always respected and feedback’s are always given for better assistance.
