... compony i ever meet. Staff is biased with the Marathi and non Marathi speaker. Salary comes after one months and twenty days. Manager and HR are thief and don't want to work at all. No professional environment. No security of job AT ALL. If you join suddenly you regret. Trust me avoid it.

Working with Buffering Media Tech was really great experience also it is a very nice opportunity for youths to get great experience in media field to learn a lot and to have a growth in future .

There wasn’t anything to like at this place. What’s agreed upon is turned on its head and something else entirely is put forward. If you’re working there, beware and get legal help asap.

Everything. From top to bottom, this place isn’t even remotely close to being a functional workplace. Be it the managerial individuals or the HR department, they barely ever have any idea what they are doing or what they’re supposed to do. The ignorance of work ethics and knowledge of how to do something trickles down all the way.
