Not found anything positive when local management is with negative mindset.

Dislikes

No Respect & dignity towards the emloyees, worst wrok culture being a MNC company, expectation of local management was really wierd & wants to perform job role except everything for which position it was hired. I Completely agree with review of other candidate that the atmosphere in a company doesn't deel like MNC but worst than Indian propitorship company.
