...ndent to make quick money. Get commission for every invoice from every vendor . You can easily make 1 to 2 crore per annum excluding your salary. Don't have to work only Lik the directors as*es to secure your job and to get commission upcoming year.

...to put attendance sheet of the employee by 12 pm that it is his Job description. Delay in sefarers salary. Once the vessel is identified as sanction they simply change the name of the vessel and change the management company. All vessels are scrap ageing 25 to 30 years . This vessel s are bought as a scrap now they do voyage risking all crews life. No social life no personal life no respect . Manning department everyone in this department are crorepati . They take money from every crew who joins the vessel averagely 5 to 8 lacks depending upon the post. If you pay money and you are a bike mechanic they will make you onboard as a chief cook. If you are a local residential electrician they will make you as a ETO. They will get you a fake certificate from their side
