Just had to share this, I got a 100% hike!
I'm keeping this anonymous because I don’t want to disclose it in real life. After two years without a raise, I successfully negotiated a 100% increase at my current company. I focused on creating significant value and worked in cross-functional teams to learn as much as possible. There were times when I was overworked, but it was all worthwhile. I was confident that it was a mutually beneficial situation. My advice would be to choose your job wisely, create value in the right place, and don't be afraid to negotiate.

Salary and PF was not given for many months, Employees are struggling to survive , not following any labour laws, all employees were fired/ releaving due to this pressure .Need All pending to be settled. Management need to give proper response on salary and pending pf amount

...portance given only to family members and relatives...no proper communication... haven't given salary for months, pending appraisal arriers... pending TDS amount... doesn't follow the labour law... terminating employees without prior notice...and not settling their hard earned money...if asked they talk irresponsibly...they say no money left to settle their salary... then why do they run the company... please don't join the company... lost hope...

...ddle and upper management and these employees' attitude is toxic to the core. 3. For the past 6 months, the company has been a defaulter in crediting salary. There are times they credit salary after 25 days. They have kept us constantly guessing about the salary date. The HR department doesn't even know when they will credit the salary. CEO promises a lot and never delivers. There was one time when the company promised a date for salary credit and failed, the reason that the CEO gave was "We are unable to process the funds due to Bank holidays in the USA". He doesn't even know that anyone can search on the web to understand the BANK holidays in the USA. Yes! , He Lied and still does every month. Please join this company after checking on the Funding status. CSO is a very good mentor with abundant knowledge. It was a great opportunity to work with him.
