salary package is Worst, Top management give freedom & releaxation only for those employee those are in good books even they are not skill full. Job security is Zero and any time you can loose your job if that day MD is not happy due to any reason either personal or Official. HR manager is always working from home due to coming in good books of management. She is working from home since last 3 years, Company is MNC but actually working culture is totally Lala chaap company. They are not employee oriented company.

...gement is transparent. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling. Company policies are good, appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.

Dislikes

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn’t address our issues. Salary is decent but career growth is slow. There is a bond of 2 years before which you cannot resign. On the job training is not given to new joinees.

It provides a Work life balance with ethical work environment. Bucher Hydraulics product range and quality helps employees to have an edge over competition. Most of the policies are employee friendly. The top management is professional as well as visionary and takes all employees whether a blue collar or a white collar together in their growth plans.

Through my experience at Bucher Hydraulics Company, I learned a lot about Manufacturing and strategies for maintaining cooperation in a large group project setting. I feel that as valuable as that experience has been, I am eager to work on more specialized projects on which I will have the opportunity to be more of a leader than was going to be possible there.

Dislikes

I have a positive attitude, I always see the positive side everywhere and up to now no one said anything against about the company. Though, As we all know "a coin has two sides", we should be ready to accept it as it is.
