Contract to 3rd parties not a good one, if that is to be done, not to the engineers that maintain the machines, is really killing workers working under them because the payment is too poor, but for those that are bua group staff I think with what I have been seeing BUA GROUP is really trying to put a big smile on his worker faces, but is not good to have almost 90% 3rd parties contract workers in a big organization in rivers state branch both MILL PASTA AND SUGAR REFINERY. but I don't know about other branch in other state.
