Nothing at all ..very worst company. All senor authority and HR don't have any manners to behave or talk with employees..worst management...

Dislikes

...loyees mental health or problems they just want to complete their work any how..They want employees to do donkey work with less salary, expect employees to work after working hours but no overtime paid ...big no for this company because of work load and their team

Really Enjoying working with BTB Venture although it is my first experience of job. I really appreciate their efforts in giving the training and support if I have any kind of queries. Help me with in hand salary

Hi All, I'm so much confused in calculating my in hand salary by excluding the variable pay. Anyhow variable pay will have 30% tax directly on it. So by excluding If I calculate my monthly inhand using old and as well as new regime of 2025. I don't know which one to choose and which is best for me. Currently 80C is 1.5lakhs and 80D is 50k and Rent paid was around 75k help me to calculate in hand as per the above assumptions
