...pective of whatever shift you are coming. The cost of the cafeteria food is low. Yearly bonus, and every employee is eligible to receive shares price in pounds which you get once you complete 3 years. Shift timing is good from 12:30 - 9:30pm. You have the best manager and operations manager.

Work culture is not good, salaries are low, no growth in your career as there is a flat hierarchy. You will not get any leaves. Skeleton staffing is done here. Hence you have to sit for your work during festivals as well.

... FRCS doctor to act as a nurse if possible. No promotions for skilled employees. They will only increase your bonus and would not give it to you next year, with nonsensical logic. Leads to just an ineffective higer CTC and hence less chance to get yourself out.

Everything is good. Work culture is fantastic. Both side cab facility without any contribution from employee.

Dislikes

Salary is less compared to market. No growth with tenurity. If we want to take promotion then we will have to given exam and interview again and the most surprising thing is that you need to compete with newbies who are only 1 year old in the organization.
