Last Quarter just before appraisal, either loss overall or in one business head or a scam and share price loss or profit but EBITDA down.

Skill Development, Salary, Work Life Balance, Roles have lesser meaning a Senior Associate/SME does the work of a Team Lead, Quality Expert and PMO while the higher management just expects the same to continue

Work life balance is at its best. In BT there is no concept of promotion. Everything is skill based. To move to upper level one needs to clear skill test and interview. Same for IJP. Hence, skillset gets at most priority. The L&D is great in this company. They really focus on employee's skill development. Great company to work with.

If u can not negotiate properly Har might give you a base level salary.
