Employee friendly Management who promotes Work life balance. Promotion procedure is fairly fair Both time transport covers from Gurugram to Ghaziabad Meal at subsidized rate. Employees need not to think about food if they go to office. Good reimbursement for Phone bills, and Internet broadband. No Micro management

Dislikes

I do no have to say anything negative about BT. Everything is fine. It's just that we were hired at a very low salary range and we are continuing with it. Other than this this is a superb company to work with.

Overall work life balance supported by the overseas UK management.

Dislikes

...elf certified with current apps and tools, gets dull in no time from noon-usage. Pathetic salary growth. Since last 10 years it's the same story every year -1st 3 Quarters Huge Profit and business topping the chart. Last Quarter just before appraisal, either loss overall or in one business head or a scam and share price loss or profit but EBITDA down.

Work life balance is at its best. In BT there is no concept of promotion. Everything is skill based. To move to upper level one needs to clear skill test and interview. Same for IJP. Hence, skillset gets at most priority. The L&D is great in this company. They really focus on employee's skill development. Great company to work with.

If u can not negotiate properly Har might give you a base level salary.

Management was supportive. Learning opportunities are available. Great culture. Work life balance is great.

Dislikes

Pay parity is low, appraisal are average even for person having high stress workload. Promotions are rare and biased.

You’ll get so much of work life balance. It does depends on your manager though. But no urgencies and no unnecessary stress.

Dislikes

Very less pay, no promotions, no incentives, people are literally working like government jobs. No future.
