At this pandamic time company lot of support given to me. In this pandamic company given full salary and increment also and increased allowances also. I really thankfull to my company.

Iam working from 10 years in this company but no promotion.

Work culture, Work life balance, No pressure culture, no micro-management and everyone can suggest or comments about process improvements/working tasks

Dislikes

Salary is on lower side. Less promotions. Not much leadership roles provided.

...and manglore. For other people they give pressures make them to leave the job.. They give too less salary as wage worker.

If u complaint to HR also no use.. worst company. HR always walk as per Manager Guide lines. They give lot of work if ur not from udupi and mangalore even though u dont get any hike and other benefits . Its like North Korea dictatorship . Nobody cant say anything

For starters, there was no paycut during pandemic, salary increment and bonus was as usual. WFH scenario is working just fine with added reimbursement of internet expenses. None of the employees were sacked due to covid and the support from holding company (at Munich) has been sublime.

...ighly supportive to foster the crux of an organization i.e. It’s employees. There has been no layoffs, no salary cuts. Moreover, the appraisals and promotions happened.

Dislikes

The compensation structure can be a little bit top notch than what rivals are offering for a Marketing/Managerial role.
