Salary is very bad for contract employee and very big difference CTC employee as comparison contract employee. but both have same education qualification and same have experience.

Now only sustaining and looking foe job change.Nothhing to like.Policy from 2018 changed.now there is no fix policy of PMS and othera.Policy forJMC cadre is very bad.

low salary, never increment, no exam for CTC , senior pressure, office politics , no job setisfaction and lot more things

...gement is transparent. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling. Company policies are good appraisal are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year
