BSES gives the opportunity to learn and deal with the power transition & distribution solutions.

Dislikes

Being an outsource employee the company don’t care about outsource employees and they don’t even care to provide basic benefits like salary increase. Salary is only increased when the state government increased minimum pay scale only. Also they don’t give you opportunity to become permanent employee from outsource catagory as the company have no criteria for outsource employee.
