Total waste company and bad people. its a labour company, not good for working. only superior gets bonus and handsome increases and perks. No proper training and chronological order in management. Less educationed peoples are in upper management who only care about them self. Superiors even doesn’t know how to properly draft a Email

I suggest people should avoid this organisation. Very pathetic work culture.

1. Overall Leaves : Annual 30 days, 15 carry forward, plus sick leave, plus optional holiday 2. Canteen Subsidy : breakfast/snacks 7₹ and Lunch at 20₹ 3. Job Security : No Matter What Situation and how bad your performance is company will not remove you.

Resignation Policy : 3 months notice period and for duration you will not serve you need to pay double the ctc for that duration
