My working experiance for 3 yrs in Accounting, treasurer, taxation, inventory management, cost analysis, payable& receivable management,internal control, audits, book keeping & other functions developed strong basics. Thing organization give oppurtunity to learn working experiance on overall accounting. Pay& allowances are comparatively poor at time of i workes. Poor infrastructure facilities for employees at work place. Working places are little remote, my be chnces of loosing social life. I was satisfied with this organization beacuse... My working knowledge in this organization heldpes me to understand theriticl knowledge in boooks of ICWA and clear ICWA at first attempts (it was big challenge to me because i was BSc graduate).

Salary is very delayed 5 to 6 months This company only support to Telugu people Vehicle is not provided for site visit Senior behaviour is not good for employees HR is not received phone call after joining Food is very shortage Pillow & Bed sheet not provided
