Our teammates were good, and we get our leaves timely ,work Life balance is average .traveling it's depends on project you working . politics are there but not very bad

Compensation is very bad and growth is very bad,we can't expect monthly basis salary

Working environment was excellent and I am glad that I am a team member for the productive company. I got the opportunities which I have been awaiting for.I used to get extra allowances and to get guidance from senior management team was remarkable.

As if we talk about overall growth in company it was a mess and struggle for a individual to show up strengths and unique abilities to work.I almost got appreciation from client part but never got noticed or remarked by the higher authorities...

First of all I would like tell you guys that BSBK is a Indian own company and running as per Indian standard. The company works basically into the road construction sector in Zambia one of the leading construction company in Zambia. But before you decide to join the company do your own R&D. As per me it's a good company to learn and implement whatever the good ideas you have. Second the top and middle management is also Indian and supportive. So I think if you guys get an opportunity to work with BSBK so you can join it experience yourself.

Dislikes

The internal politics which every Indian company or you can every company or organisation has it within there manpower and management. So beware of this just work and enjoy your time.
