I was worked as a data entry operator during covid time (covid warrior) in T Dasarahalli zone my role is handling inbound and outbound calls related to covid patients and do need full as well as I handle shifting team reports since 1year 8months. They removed me on march 31 2022 just because I don’t have any powerful person to influence to that job, I feel very disgusting to say your hardwork, Knowledge, doesn’t matter to them. And I’m sorry to say this those influenced workers not even have a computer knowledge and it is far part to say that they are aware of basic excel. I got a bad experience where if you need to save your job you have to be completely bend to those doctors who work in a war room, role covid incharge doctors. Eg: whatever they say you have to do like getting breakfast, lunch and say yes to their words and butter as much as possible. Those doctors forget that we are also hired like us.
