There is nothing to like, my worst experience and nightmare. Director say I am the boss. Employees loose job over a phone call

All old employees are play politics in between the department level. plant head was favourites to his previous company colleges and his family members like school child.

Hypothetical target, bad management, Upper management is pathetic from AGM to MD. No career growth and filtration of goods from AGM level to other territory, no training and sales and sales and sales. Management doesn't bother about image of organisation. Bad distribution management

Good working environment and supportive team but appraisals is average.

Dislikes

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn't address our issues to Top Management. There is no bond. The on roll training is done for the new joinees.

Good company for Freshers and may be for Initial level executives. I like the sales and commercial activities done in very professional manner

Person centric,no strategy,no work ethics. Micromanagement. Time waste for ethical Professionals.
