I initially never wanted to write anything about this company as I felt it's not professional or felt less ethical to give negative comments on a company where I worked,but years of working with a couple of other companies have made me realize that they should have been much more better. Maybe they have been better now, but wanted to write this down as I came across a couple of other edutech and got this as a suggestion by ambition box The company is not at all structured in terms of hierarchy, there are some of them who's designated as Assistant Managers and lead roles who barely know what respect and good attitude is, the language used while communication itself is very informal People who stick here is those who have bias towards the management team on a personal basis and also who know they may not get a job anywhere else There is no work life balance over here and except us to work 24*7 which they call work ethic I have also noticed something else which I wanted to put down, many of their's thought process itself is basically money driven, I do know that money is significant over anything but there's a lot of people in the company who's blind over money
