My current CTC is ₹7,80,660, which includes a ₹1,32,000 night shift allowance, and my monthly take-home pay is ₹72,133. I have received a new job offer with a CTC of ₹10,67,231, a monthly take-home pay of ₹83,333, and 192 restricted stock units (each valued at $60, vesting 25% after one year and quarterly thereafter). My first job as a sales man but I learning too much. Regarding real-estate business. Only one things I love and stay there is enovation and every day is new plan for future and vision to work but after 1.5 year I feel hear no growth for your work hard only one things hear for salary increment is too much partiality and always be senior first if they done or not always credit to them not for beginners and work-hard person

No proper way to build too much loose fall regarding work always upper level employees stole credit and top level management not heard issue for bottom level employees too much issues create in middle leveland one things is too much time taken for response client after business
