Multiplex construction is good platform to Engineers/ managers to gain multicluture knowledge & handling mega projects . Multiplex construction will experts /professional in over take challenging projects & High rise towers & Having good Team to handle the project with different divisions like ( Construction/P& E / Accounts/ Deaign team)

1.Growth is mostly reserved for white people 2. As I worked in GCC multiplex, it's is Kerala oriented company, their newer allow other Indian to grow and create lot on hidden obstacles for other. It's basley Kerala based HR and middle level management company. Their newer other to get in Multiplex.
