Just had to share this, I got a 100% hike!
I'm keeping this anonymous because I don’t want to disclose it in real life. After two years without a raise, I successfully negotiated a 100% increase at my current company. I focused on creating significant value and worked in cross-functional teams to learn as much as possible. There were times when I was overworked, but it was all worthwhile. I was confident that it was a mutually beneficial situation. My advice would be to choose your job wisely, create value in the right place, and don't be afraid to negotiate.

Bromag is a fraud,,Fraud company ❌️❌️❌️❌️❌️❌️❌️❌️❌️🚫🚫🚫🚫 Cafe/ restorent owner, née joinee be careful, he is a Cheater, politely he will talk and take money from you for different product and will not return back.. There was many negative feedback/review which he is removed and he himself given 5star ratings..

I worked at bromag india pvt ltd for one month as a UI/UX Desingner ,Unfortunately my experience with the company was quite disappointing ,despite completing my assigned tasks diligently the company did not provide any salary for my work I would advise potential employees to be cautions and tho roughly research the company before accepting any job offers. My experience has been disheartening and i hope that sharing it will help others make informed decisions about their employment choices.
