Just had to share this, I got a 100% hike!
I'm keeping this anonymous because I don’t want to disclose it in real life. After two years without a raise, I successfully negotiated a 100% increase at my current company. I focused on creating significant value and worked in cross-functional teams to learn as much as possible. There were times when I was overworked, but it was all worthwhile. I was confident that it was a mutually beneficial situation. My advice would be to choose your job wisely, create value in the right place, and don't be afraid to negotiate.

Salary is good but recently alot of salaries are getting delayed and even payout is not being released for Builder and for the same reason alot of relations have been spoilt. A lot ofPeople are leaving this organisation and joining competetor n banks. SOME SENIOR PEOPLE HAVE ALOO LEFT THE ORGANIZATION

Salary is held. CP payout is taken by some employee and CLUSTER HEAD which is why there has been terrible accounting goofups. They dont know where the money is going. For a company to stop payout worth Crs and hold salary of almost 800 employee makes me wonder how badly did they fffuuucccckkk up.

Very pathetic company. Staffs are not getting salary since January 2023. My salary also pending. They have taken resignations of all contractual employees but didn't do full & final settlement. Payment are stuck. No one responsible persons are coming to office. Staffs & vendors are struggling for their payment.

......I would suggest people to better stay unemployed than joining this company...they dnt pay on time and ask employees to do extra work...and next day ask them to not come to office...mental torture....they enjoy thr luxurious life with company's profit but they dnt pay employees..pls dnt waste ur efforts on such companies..ths people should be jailed for such act...they take advantage of innocent employees.
