Experience - 5.9 Tech - React.js CTC- 13LPA Current company - TCS Offer in the process - Nagarro (19LPA) My LWD is 24th May, but I told Nagarro I can be released in 30 days. Now, should I: 1. Be honest and say I can join on 25th May? 2. Commit to 25th April and request a DOJ extension later?(By telling them some emergency) Q1). If I choose option 1, is there a risk they won’t release the offer?(As I am being hired for a particular project, so will they go for some immediate candidates?) Q2). If I choose option 2, could they revoke the offer?(As the HR told changing the DOJ in released offer letter is not possible

Nothing much, just colleagues of your same level

... the lowest I have ever seen, I got 800/- per month for working till 3:00 am 3. They cut pay for working from home and made work overtime 2 hours at least everyday. 4. HR are the last person you should look for, it's 1 year 4 months and I didn't get my offer letter and sent too many mail didn't even get 1 reply atleast. 5. You have to wear formals even that's not in company policy. and finally I regret of working in there
