Working with BARC is a fantastic experience. Work culture at BARC is very innovative and different. There are many things to learn and grow. During Covid-19 lockdown where there was year ending period along with Yes bank scenario, I must say my Manager supported so much. As there are lots of activities to be done which actually I did and I won't be able to do without my teams help. So in one liner it's been great to work with BARC.

I don't see much dislike because in each and every company u join there some Pro's and con's. Over all its great experience.
