Because very poor salary structure and Officials politics are spoil day by day . Three is no any security in future.

I love the fact that I am apart of a team that is helping people especially women to explore themselves and get to know their capability and have opportunity to work for their self dependence. Each and every people needs employment nowadays, because of high increase in dearness for their living. Here, women get to learn new skills, business intervention and many more. I got to learn and explore myself here. Here, I learned about many ways to tackle obstacles which comes in maintaining work-life balance. this is a good place of learning various kind of knowledgeable things for our own livelihood too.

Dislikes

Salary is not satisfactory. Appraisal is very low, and grades make it way bad. There is on-job training for freshers, but that was held very late, so this didn't helped in the beginning. Working here is somehow like old version, like they prefer more paper work then softcopy things. People here loves putting their nose in others' business mostly.

Becoming a part of Jeevika, I worked on different projects. Organisation provides me an exposure to learn on different fields of social sector.

Salary is decent but career growth is slow. On the job training is not given to new joinees.

Salaries are too low as campare with work load. Timely salary increament, pay fixation is very poor. BRLPS is now creating more work load and loosing base of its core work. Employees of brlps are constrained to work for the others department's work Very bad system

BRLPS IS A MOST POWERFULL PROJECT OF BIHAR GOVT.I AM HAPPY WITH THIS PROJECT BECAUSE ONLY ONE PROJECT IN MY STATE WHO WANT BRING SMILE ON POP FACE.AND DO ANYTHING WITHOUT 0% CORRUPTION.ALWAYS HELP THEM WHO AVOIDED BY OUR SOCIETY.

...e is very high.Suddenly come different tripe of work who's completed short time.and salary girth is slow for first stage staff.
