Company gives good package to the head of the department. Package includes four wheeler and accommodation as well.

Dislikes

Company's culture is having very weak understanding between employees and the management. There is no job security and work life balance. Company also not offers good learning. Management doesn't address employees issues. Salary is ok along with other benefits but lots of challenges are there for career growth and executing any assignment due to politics and fear in the mind of employees from the management. There is no job training for new joiners and too much responsibilities. Employees have to do everything on their own to complete any assignments without the help of support teams. Employees are not having ideal support and motivation from the management and department people due to politics and fear.
