Earlier Britannia was manufacturing from third party manufacturing, that time management was good.

Job security - Good

Dislikes

IN own factory at Ranjangaon, Pune Britannia failed miserably in creating good culture. Factory manager have no control on huge interdepartmental fights. Politics, favourism n corruption is at its high level which spoiled the culture. HR manager is worse.

To much politics in working place,no food quality,hr not involved in any complaint, leave policies not good,no other benefits like family gathering, picnic, sports, they only show images,but actually on floor didn't do anything
