If u done your Commitment (Not Target) U R Good Employee. If not U r Incapable and Lot of Meetings for U. Irrelevant Talks on U. In Meetings u will be Grilled 2 to 3 Hours in Your presentation. Always tell to leave the company if u not done your budget. How many years u do commitment doesn't matter. Present situation only Matters.

Culture of the company and Skill development channel is there to learn as much as maximum Due to skill development program for free to all employees as there own application to develop there skills who want to grow there own Apart from that There is No any advantage at all

Once a person has resign the company The company has to settle there FNF with in 45 days as per the organisation policy But here more there 4 months Due to there personal issues Once the person left the company They are not provide experience and reveling letter from the organisation. Lot of pressure but no solution. Low knowledge of ZBM's compair to RBM's and So On
