If u done your Commitment (Not Target) U R Good Employee. If not U r Incapable and Lot of Meetings for U. Irrelevant Talks on U. In Meetings u will be Grilled 2 to 3 Hours in Your presentation. Always tell to leave the company if u not done your budget. How many years u do commitment doesn't matter. Present situation only Matters.

New ideas or suggestion always welcomed by management. management's focus is to bring in as much latest tool and integration with upcoming technology. This transition is a great learning opportunity growth for those involved in this.
