They don't provide salary in time , company yearly increment in just RS800 if you work for they don't give leaves if you took 2 or 3 days leave they stops your salary and if you ask for salary they tell silly reasons you took 3 days leave so wait for your salary and they don't have traveling facility for shift duty they provide traveling facility for general shift only they don't even tell you how mush you earn for extra hours duty work for every decision they talk too much time they don't give you releavig letter they don't have enough man power supposed if you need 10 people to do a work they provide you 3 people even in Sunday they tell you to come company and QA and QC people have extra duty 3 hours for a month when audit date comes most of the employes are contract based for every 10 people atleast 7 people are contract based contract employes are more than employes in the company

...ronment and culture. Teammates are supportive and the management is transparent. Company policies are good, appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.

Dislikes

Childcare to be provided for the working women having children upto 3 years.

No use if you join in this organisation....you will get Zero knowledge.Very low salaries (even security guards now a days yearn more).no appraisal...no learning.Waste of time. no employee benefits. 3 years bond and they will take original certificate also. HR policies are not good. Need more improvements to be a good work place. Sorry to say this to be frankly... not suggestible.
