Company owner spends money But from management level unprofessional people's are handling, Just say "Idiots" Specially dot join call center apart call center all departmets are good to work.

If you get chance in call center Department never join whatever the salary packege. Un trained TLs handling , Call center Manegers using drugs at the time of work also just unprofessional work, Just say "Idiots "

Brightsun provided me with lots of learning including core knowledge how a branded Travel agency work and supervisors are very supportive, they not only give you time to adjust but also bring out best of you. I would say Brightsun is a great place to work and learn. I would like to thanks Mr santosh kumar for being my mentor and letting me learn all stuff that I needed the most.

Like many other company, Brightsun is not having growth opportunities/promotions. One has to work for years just to get one promotion.

I was working in brightsun worst company which I have ever seen no management for the juniors no one will help you your seniors will harrash you they don't know how to behave with juniors you will be a anxiety patient in this company so never work with this company.

Company owner spent money and it's good company to learn, but india managment just like Naveen Sharma (IDIOT), he don't know how to work professionally as he is 12th pass, Luckily he got the job. Sandeep Arora is also nice person but every time he supporting to Naveen, he know that naveen is wrong but he is close-friend of Naveen so he can't go against him.
