Salary is good but its a trap.

Dislikes

There is no job security at all, they fire teachers on small issues even on phone call. They even take 10% security every month in cash( with no proof )after salary credited in account. Only join if you are jobless. And keep looking for better option.

There is no job security in Brightland School. They use to keep the original documents of the teacher and terminate the teachers over a phonecall. There is no professionalism in school. Work ethics are zero. No company policies. Worst management and very irresponsible Principal.

Dislikes

There is nothing to like about that's after 27 years still struggling for admissions.
