-No personal life maintain -Everyday they will force to stop overtime, that is without pay -no job security (personal experience) - if you will stop to stay overtime they will tell you directly start your notice period -much politics -less -old workers are very bored and upset

The overall work environment is good.I had been learned many more things there which is very useful for me while searching the new job and facing the interview.The team members are very co-operative and always guide .The Brightech is mainly producing material handling equipment so there you have chance on development projects.There you are learn many practical things and really you can increasing your imagination capacity of design.

There is only no more chance for work life balance.But you once get the experience there is chance to you will start your own bussiness otherwise you will get chance to work with big organization on just your working knowledge.

Unexpected job policies: stay or switch?

I recently switched jobs with a 48% hike, and my current in-hand salary is ₹35K. But after joining, I realized a few important things that weren’t mentioned during the interview. 1. No Phones or Bags Allowed – We have to keep them in lockers, which I wasn’t informed about before joining. 2. Working Saturdays – HR said all Saturdays are working but assured that one Saturday off per month would be introduced soon. I can't see that happening anytime soon 3. Phone Policy Confusion – When I asked HR why this wasn’t discussed earlier, they said it’s only for two months and won’t be the case at the new location (which was discussed earlier). But some old employees say the same rule applies there too. 4. Leaves – We get 21 paid leaves a year. I’m already thinking of switching. Would it be too soon to leave within 3 months, or should I stay for at least 6 months? Also, since I just got a good hike, how much can I ask for in my next job?
