There are some good officers inside the company , only a very fee. Lot of experience can be get by doing work with this company including tendering, purchase , billing support and exception also. If person has been worked or experienced in this company he can survive at any other company without any difficulty.

... inside company, seniors don't allow you to grow.The work life balance is nil. The salary provided to employee is very much less as compared to other companies doing railway electrification. No training has been given to any department.Also there is no systematic way of doing works. Paper works are very poor, single person need to the site and office work too.

1..Work life balance - NIL 2.They try to control like dictator 3. Not good culture for work 4. If you leave company if after completing notice period they will not settle F&f amount.

Lala Company culture. Only people who can do chamchagiri and Buttering to CEO can get good hike. Fake promises made for retention of staff during critical time of project. Spineless COO and CFO.
