I got some good relationship with my shift colleagues which is the only thing I can say good about this company.

Dislikes

Nothing you can say good from this company. As a fresher I do joined this company even for a salary of 9500 but daily I do work really harder which also includes every trainee's working in the production department. I do work in this only for gaining experience even in these type of hard working environment.

The Brand Name ,gave me good support to incash market share,i did very well here but salary growth is not received after achiving yearly target.

They didn't paid my last two monh TA and salary of 45 days notice period, FNF is not given after 3 years of leaving.

...this is an rich and old company. But they are in huge bad debt and cash crunch.., Unable pay the Salaries and TAs It is almost 4 years now it is happened to me and entire team

...Lot of things to learn. Professional management. Proper reviews and recognition. Company is in financial trouble but never hold salary or any money for employees including corona pandamic, is best part.

...gement is transparent. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling. Company policies are good, appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.

Dislikes

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn’t address our issues. Salary is decent but career growth is slow. There is a bond of 3 years before which you cannot resign. On the job training is not given to new joinees.
