This company good for freshers and give the good salary for freshers.Work is not thought here but pressure is high.

Firstly politics is too much here that's why I give up my job.No salary increment no salary came on fix date, HR is useless here.Policies are not good, Management is very bad no one listen to anyone..Two or three person are here who think of themselves managers. Even more negative things here can't explain.

...nd never experience such horrible culture! Its a handful of people cheating you. They will make you work and then prove you have done something wrong - horribly wrong - and you are not worth even your salary. They will monitor you like a dog! They will try to check what you are doing in every step....for every single penny. Leave alone work-life-balance, you will be their pet dog if you work here. This was the worst experience of 7 months, and i lost my mind in the job. Indo-canadian theives! In the end, they will not even pay your salary. The will make you believe you did something wrong - cheated them - let out their secrets, when they themselves share their secrets with the whole company through google meets. Beware!!

There is nothing to like......there is no proper HR policy to support employees, there is no proper work-live balance, work ethics, nothing. If they want, they will treat you like a dog, if they want they will pay,....if they want they will provide you with things....if they want you can work on your laptop, if they want they will allow you to go spend time with family, if they want they will give you leave.....they just want a dog, not an employee!!

If this company has to move ahead then it should have first hired the worst staff like Sam, Rahul and old employees. This company is the worst . In this company, they treat us like dogs, as if they know everything and nothing else. They have 15 years of experience. They really don't know anything. These employees are complete donkeys, like bulls.
