Hi, I'm currently drawing a salary of 27.7 (25.3 is fixed) LPA in my current organization and I got a new offer for 39LPA (33.3 is fixed and 1L joining bonus total 40) I'm almost going to complete by 2 years in my current organization and overall I have 11 years experience as QA. For Engineering freshers, it is very good company for building career and quality experience. And if someone is talented and fast learner I would recommend to go to this company since B&R is a platform for building career as they get valued projects allover India for learning.

In current situation no job security. Previously it was there. Now a days any time you can get terminated. If they terminate you they will not intimate you before 30 days but if you resigned you have to serve 30 days as written in appointment letter.
