This is a overall good company but top management is mostly corporations, Most important matter requirements system mostly refarance and salary depending on monopoly.

Dislikes

Mainly dislikes because of management disition like too let salary pement,have a no confirmation of increment of yearly.

Likes

In current situation no job security. Previously it was there. Now a days any time you can get terminated. If they terminate you they will not intimate you before 30 days but if you resigned you have to serve 30 days as written in appointment letter.

No accurate date for salary of contractual and temporary staff.

Work culture is good, colleagues are helpful.

Dislikes

Work life not so balanced, salary not up to the mark as per we working, promotion is not good here for temporary staff, job security also questionable thing.

Likes

For Engineering freshers, it is very good company for building career and quality experience. And if someone is talented and fast learner I would recommend to go to this company since B&R is a platform for building career as they get valued projects allover India for learning.

Dislikes

If someone is thinking of yearly increament and salary on time, then avoid this Company, Company is having negative fund issues allover Indian project sites. Recommended for married not to join this company.

Very bad environment and culture. There is no fixed salary. No hike. It's a totally bad experience.

Dislikes

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn't address our issues. Salary system is very bad. Career growth is also slow.
