There is hardly anything that I liked while working in Bridge group solution .

...eats employe like nothing and they can fire u within a day without any notice . They fire employe days before the salary day and doesn't give any salary after taking work from u

there is nothing to like about this company. don't join this company for any internship program. they are fraud. they promise u learning opportunities but they actually provide us with sales work only. if u are not comfortable doing sales then don't even think of joining. for sales, u have to ask our family, friends, relatives, if anyone is interested in buying an insurance policy. it's a complete waste of time. don't waste your precious 2 months of internship with these fraud companies.

I love the fact that i am the part of IT team in Bridge group solutions pvt .ltd. there is a lot of learning oppoertunities , supportive management staff.

The work environment is the organisation the upfront boosting for the personal growth of the skill set in the INDUSTRY .

The enviornment can be a much better for the senior people for responsibility distribution.
