New offer. Confused.
My current CTC is ₹7,80,660, which includes a ₹1,32,000 night shift allowance, and my monthly take-home pay is ₹72,133. I have received a new job offer with a CTC of ₹10,67,231, a monthly take-home pay of ₹83,333, and 192 restricted stock units (each valued at $60, vesting 25% after one year and quarterly thereafter). This new position is closer to my home and does not involve night shifts. The offer letter is attached. I have also requested a ₹95,000 monthly salary increase and am awaiting their response. Could someone advise me on whether I should accept the new offer or remain in my current role?

There is hardly anything that I liked while working in Bridge group solution .

Dislikes

...eats employe like nothing and they can fire u within a day without any notice . They fire employe days before the salary day and doesn't give any salary after taking work from u

nothing. complete waste of time.

there is nothing to like about this company. don't join this company for any internship program. they are fraud. they promise u learning opportunities but they actually provide us with sales work only. if u are not comfortable doing sales then don't even think of joining. for sales, u have to ask our family, friends, relatives, if anyone is interested in buying an insurance policy. it's a complete waste of time. don't waste your precious 2 months of internship with these fraud companies.
