It was home like experience...it is very rare to find such place..i was fresher when i joined there..i learned alot from the people there..mentally i became much stronger and yes got to know where i lack and where my strength is..even having done so many mistakes they patiently taught me and guided me. I still remember whiIe giving me the responsibility to handle ecommerce they told me this sentence which i will never ever forget " Company will grow with that it is our responsibility to take u with us so work hard and do mistakes that is how u will learn and will not repeat". I know being there for just a year n a half i had got so much to learn that i feel leaving the company was not a good idea but anyhow i had to for the sake of my studies..
