If you want to work in hell(Narak) ....then welcome in Bridge and Roof Family.But, unfortunately I am also the part of this horrific family of B&R.

Dislikes

...seniors that..If you will not work and earn something from site for the company. Then how will company manage to pay our salary.(Company always facing economical crisis) 10. You can't even easily take your own leave as per your own decision. 11. Some time you will have to work 24hrs or more. Dear friends please don't take me in wrong way(Negative person).This is my personal views about this company.

Company gives respect to all employee, as well as thee provide the basic facilities. They emphasis the scope of work to all juniors by this way we get motivated to work. All employees are very friendly.

Compensation is bad, but growth is slow. The work pressure is very high. Sometimes, I have to work 14-18 hours straight in a day. Managers do not value an individual's unique strengths, which is why I have to back my suggestions some times. Moreover they are not giving any opportunities to be permanent in the company.

Unexpected job policies: stay or switch?

I recently switched jobs with a 48% hike, and my current in-hand salary is ₹35K. But after joining, I realized a few important things that weren’t mentioned during the interview. 1. No Phones or Bags Allowed – We have to keep them in lockers, which I wasn’t informed about before joining. 2. Working Saturdays – HR said all Saturdays are working but assured that one Saturday off per month would be introduced soon. I can't see that happening anytime soon 3. Phone Policy Confusion – When I asked HR why this wasn’t discussed earlier, they said it’s only for two months and won’t be the case at the new location (which was discussed earlier). But some old employees say the same rule applies there too. 4. Leaves – We get 21 paid leaves a year. I’m already thinking of switching. Would it be too soon to leave within 3 months, or should I stay for at least 6 months? Also, since I just got a good hike, how much can I ask for in my next job?
